Phone system upgrade 11/1/24 Posted or Updated on 10 Jan 2024

Our telephone system will be undergoing essential maintenance and it will be upgraded on Thursday 11/01/24 after 10:00am.

An engineer will be on site if we encounter any issues and to limit any disruption.

We have been advised by our supplier there will be interruptions to the inbound calls on this day. You may hear an engaged tone constantly when this happens. If you are able to use eConsult, we recommend you contact us digitally to avoid any frustration you may encounter. 

We apologise for the inconvenience this will likely cause but this work is essential to improve our telephone system.
